The Fitzsimons Football Group (FFG), launched in 2025 with purpose in mind. We exist for one purpose: to develop footballers to their highest possible level.

We believe that true player development comes from detail, repetition, and elite-level standards. Every session we deliver is designed to challenge players technically, mentally, and physically so they can perform with confidence and consistency when it matters most — on match day.

FFG was built on a deep understanding of the modern game and the demands placed on players at every stage of their journey. From grassroots to the Pro game, young footballers taking their first serious steps in the sport, to academy players pushing for professional contracts, and elite players seeking marginal gains, our approach remains the same: individual development comes first.

Founder – The Fitzsimons Football Group

Martin is the founder of The Fitzsimons Football Group (FFG), a player development organisation dedicated to helping footballers maximise their potential through elite-level coaching and individualised training.

With a deep passion for the game and player development, Martin established FFG to create an environment where players receive the focused attention, high standards, and detailed coaching often required to reach the next level in modern football. His approach centres on developing technically confident, intelligent players who can perform consistently under the demands of the game.

Through years of experience working with players across the development pathway — from young aspiring footballers to academy and elite-level players — Martin has developed a coaching methodology built on technical excellence, game realism, and professional standards.

As Lead Coach at FFG, he oversees the design and delivery of all training programmes, ensuring sessions challenge players both technically and mentally while supporting their long-term development.

Through The Fitzsimons Football Group, his mission is to provide players with the tools, knowledge, and environment required to develop, compete, and succeed in the modern game.
